What to include
- Shop domain (example: your-store.myshopify.com)
- Whether you are on Monitor, Balanced, or Aggressive
- For Activity or Attacks issues: approximate time (UTC) and what you expected
- For privacy: whether the request is about a buyer or the merchant account
Shopify Admin
Day-to-day controls live in the embedded app: Home, Activity, Attacks, Lists, Reports, and Settings. Open the App from Shopify Admin → Apps after install.
